CallShield is owned and operated by Omni Call Network LLC. These terms govern your use of the service.
CallShield scores inbound calls forwarded from your tracking platforms and produces fraud signals and dispute evidence. Scores are advisory; you remain responsible for your buying and payment decisions.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and ingest tokens secure, and for the accuracy of the data you send to the service.
Do not use CallShield to process data you have no right to process, to attempt to access another workspace, or to disrupt the service.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep ingestion and scoring available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every fraudulent call will be detected.
Fees, if applicable to your plan, are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; contact us for questions about invoices or refunds.
CallShield, including its software, scoring logic, design, branding, page layouts and written content, is the property of Omni Call Network LLC and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, clone, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from the service or its interface without prior written permission from Omni Call Network LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership right to you.
